To experience life as a chef, sign up for an individual cooking seminar at Blair House. These classes a specifically designed for our guests who can not find time mid-week to take one of our themed cooking classes. The individual cooking classes begin on Friday mornings after breakfast, around 10:30am (Start time on Friday is flexible to accommodate an arrival as late as noon). Class continues on Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00 pm, and then again from 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Classes are designed to give participants the opportunity to work one on one with our chef. Limit - 2 guests per seminar. Please book your individual cooking seminar at least two weeks in advance. In each class, students and the chef will work together in preparing the five course dinner served on Saturday evening. The topic will vary depending on the menu, but in each class you focus on a wide range of cooking techniques that can be applied to any cuisine. Individiual cooking seminars are $155.00 per person plus tax. Rooms and the Saturday evening dinner are additional. To attend an individual cooking semniar, you must be a guest of the Blair House Inn. |
