Attend one of our Three Day Cooking Schools and choose from a variety of exciting cuisines, all served with hill country flair! Students will participate in 6 engaging cooking labs over three days with meals served in a casual, yet elegant environment. A portfolio containing recipes and tips from the Chef Instructor is provided to each student so that, once back home, they will be able to easily repeat the preparation of the dish and provide an amazing meal for family and friends. Each class is topped off with a picnic lunch.

Imagine 105 degrees and traffic and wish you could have some peace. Drive to Blair House Inn and step into a world of serenity. It’s so quiet you can hear a pin drop. We stayed in El Serafin. The view was amazing with the soft breeze and the ceiling fan for additional breeze you’ll lose track of time sitting on your secluded private deck. All your stress will just melt away. It was so peaceful we decided to add another night to our stay. El Serafin was booked so we stayed in the Wimberley. It was recently remodeled and it’s more beautiful in person. The staff goes above and beyond. Carlos, JoJo and the rest of the staff Thanks! Luna the cat was a delight and so sweet. It’s so awesome we booked another visit before we left.
