Attend one of our Three Day Cooking Schools and choose from a variety of exciting cuisines, all served with hill country flair! Students will participate in 6 engaging cooking labs over three days with meals served in a casual, yet elegant environment. A portfolio containing recipes and tips from the Chef Instructor is provided to each student so that, once back home, they will be able to easily repeat the preparation of the dish and provide an amazing meal for family and friends. Each class is topped off with a picnic lunch.

Hill Country Getaway
Excellent facility and experience. We stayed in the Austin suite which was fabulous. The room was large and very comfortable and the gas fireplace was very welcome as the weather was cool. The breakfast each morning was very well done and dinner Saturday evening was outstanding. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be returning.
